| There
are 2 lanes on approach to this mini roundabout. The ahead exit is
opposite the right lane.On this roundabout you need the left lane to go
ahead. |
Look
at the 2 cars going ahead in the right lane which is wrong. If there was
a car going ahead in the left lane which is correct, there is no room for
it to proceed. Both cars would fail a driving test for being in the right
lane to go ahead. |
If you look at the first car it has left the roundabout in the left lane. The black car is in the wrong lane.If there were more cars going ahead from the right lane, any to the left would have no room |
| This is a very confusing roundabout. The ahead exit is opposite the right lane on approach to this roundabout. Here though you need the left lane to go ahead. If you look in the first photo as you go ahead in the left lane you need to move out to the right as the kerb sticks out and you would hit it.If there are cars going ahead from the right lane any car in the left cant move out to the right to avoid the kerb.It is now boxed in.I have seen so many car crashes on this roundabout with fools overtaking a car in the left lane just as it starts to move across to the right to avoid the kerb. Many people fail their driving tests on this roundabout. If you straddle the lanes you will also fail your driving test.If the council had any sense they would make the right hand lane the ahead exit.Perhaps they have run out of white paint for the lane markings as they have used it all to paint many needless mini roundabouts elsewhere in the borough |
